CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan unfurls flag

Bhopal,15/August/2013 (ITNN)>>>>Independence Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Motilal Nehru Stadium where Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the chief guest. Chief Minister Chouhan unfurled National Flag. He inspected the parade and took salute. He greeted state’s people on Independence Day and read out his message. Contingents participating in parade fired in the air along with tune of National Song.
Reading out his special message focusing on state’s achievements, Chief Minister Chouhan said that state’s development is the result of untiring efforts of its people. Madhya Pradesh has achieved development at an unprecedented rate during last 10 years. He said that new destinations of development have to be reached and develop such a state where everyone is happy, healthy and prosperous and where people can contribute their best for the development of country and state.
On the occasion, 5 Police Medals of the President, 8 Vishisht Sewa Medals for police, 4 Medals for Home Guards and 34 police medals of the President of commendable service were presented. Following the function, Chief Minister Chouhan got introduction of all parade commanders.
